As part of our practice, we advise clients on investment processes involving the acquisition, disposal and commercialisation of real estate. We provide legal services for construction processes from the investment preparation and planning stage, through the preparation of construction documentation and obtaining the required permits, to the implementation of the investment.
Within this area, we support our clients with:
- negotiating commercial leases,
- negotiation of contracts related to the management of shopping centres,
- Due diligence of the legal status of real estate and real estate companies,
- transactions of disposal or acquisition of real estate or real estate companies, including preparation of full transaction documentation,
- verification and updating of the legal status of real estate in the land register and land and mortgage registers,
- preparation of construction work contracts, contracts with subcontractors and suppliers in the construction process, developer contracts, design work and author's supervision contracts, investor supervision contracts,
- selection and establishment of security for construction transactions, including mortgages, ordinary and registered pledges,
- advice on investment financing agreements.
