Michał Turkowski, advocate
Heads the corporate law and M&A transactions team. He has more than 18 years of experience in providing legal advice to Polish and international clients, both in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, intra-group corporate reorganisations and the resolution of shareholder disputes.
His practice includes legal advice on acquisitions and subsequent exits of portfolio companies. Michael coordinates transactional work starting with the preparation of the legal structure of the transaction, due diligence and the preparation and negotiation of transaction documents.
In his practice, he has conducted dozens of processes of mergers, transformations and demergers of business entities for national and international capital groups, including, among others, the real estate, food, manufacturing and renewable energy industries.
He has also successfully represented clients in corporate disputes between shareholders.
He gained his professional experience in Polish (SRC Smolarek, Rogala, Caban Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni Sp.p., Crido Legal) and international law firms (PwC Legal).
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, the English and European Law Centre run by the University of Cambridge in cooperation with the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and the Postgraduate Studies in Company Law at the University of Warsaw. He also studied at the Università degli Studi di Cassino in Italy and the University of Notre Dame du Lac (USA). He is a member of the District Bar Association in Warsaw.

Izabela Robaczewska, legal advisor
Izabela has 20 years of professional experience working for Polish and international clients. She specialises in corporate services for companies, M&A transactions, IT and new technology law and labour law.
She gained her professional experience in law firms (Leśnodorski Ślusarek i Wspólnicy, Dancecki Dec Radcowie Prawni), as well as holding the position of Head of Legal and Compliance Officer in a multinational corporation (Konica Minolta).
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia and Postgraduate Studies in Public Procurement at the University of Warsaw, as well as a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.
Izabela is fluent in English.
Dawid Szczepański, trainee advocate
Graduate of law and tax advisory services at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Since January 2022, he has been an advocate trainee entered on the list of the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
I specialise in business law, including in particular corporate consulting and M&A transactions. She provides legal services for M&A transactions involving domestic and foreign entrepreneurs, including preparing transaction documentation and conducting due diligence analyses.
He also has experience in providing day-to-day legal services to entrepreneurs by supporting entities in managing their corporate affairs, as well as drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
He speaks legal English in her work.
