Turkowski Legal Office, in cooperation with Quidea Sp. z o.o., advised on the establishment of over a dozen family foundations. The scope of services included preparation of a tailor-made concept and documentation of a family foundation tailored to the founders’ needs, preparation of draft founding documentation, registration of the family foundation in the register maintained by the District Court in Piotrków Trybunalski and contribution of assets to the newly established family foundation. The project is an example of smooth cooperation between tax & legal advisors carrying an interdisciplinary project.
